The cult rapper shared his grief – his mother died. She battled cancer in recent years. “Mother died recently, I cremated her,” admitted Bogdan.

The funeral of Ludmila Pavlovna Titomir (born Bondarenko) was held in Rostov-on-Don. She lived in this city, reports AiF.

The singer was born on March 16, 1967 in Odessa. After that, his family moved to Severodonetsk, then lived in Kharkiv and Sumy. Bogdan’s parents, Petr Ivanovich and Ludmila Pavlovna, worked as engineers at Mikhail Frunze’s plant.

The father taught the boy to play the guitar, and the mother enrolled him in the pool. The young man became a candidate for the master of sports in swimming. After the divorce of his parents, Bogdan decided to devote himself to creativity.

At the end of the 90s, Titomir began his career as a musician – he made arrangements for the group Laskovy May, played drums with Dmitry Malikov. In October 1989, together with Sergey Lemokh, he created the exotic pop duet Kar-Man, which became widely known after the release of the songs London, Goodbye! and Cio-Cio-san.

In the spring of 1991, Titomir embarked on a solo career. The calling card of the artist was the rap composition “Do as I do”, which at the time was perceived as the “anthem of the generation”. Bogdan starred in “Old songs about the main thing”, the films “The latest adventure of Pinocchio”, “PiraMMMida” and “Zaitsev + 1”. He participated in the show “Superstar! The Return’ and ‘Avatar’. However, Yulia Menshova kicked him out of the studio of the Tonight program.

The personal life of the artist was stormy. He lived for five years in a civil marriage with an assistant from the television program “Field of Miracles” Rimma Agafoshina. Bogdan had an affair with Miss Russia 2009 winner Sofia Rudyeva. After breaking up with the model, Titomir met Anna Igoshina, the soloist of the Velvet pop group. In 2008, the singer even proposed to her. But the wedding ceremony was first postponed and then cancelled. Now Bogdan lives alone. He grew a long beard.
