“He hacked the system”: the actor of the TV series “Fisher” Nikita Tarasov became a victim of fraudsters 07/12/2023, 18:00

The 43-year-old actor, actor of the TV series Fisher, rented a car in Moscow a few years ago. Nikita used the popular car sharing service for this. Tarasov provided the necessary passport information. After a while, the important data reached the fraudsters.

“The system was hacked by unknown persons, the data of thousands of users was leaked. Nikita Tarasov’s passport data was among the stolen information. Some “artisans” took advantage of the leak and provided several microloans – in different cities of Russia, “said lawyer Maria Shcherbenok.

Nikita did not suspect that he had become a debtor. Everything came to light when the artist received a notice in the mail demanding payment of the debt. He then tried to contact the Krasnoyarsk company, whose contacts were given. No one answered the call. Tarasov sought the help of a lawyer and went to Krasnoyarsk. Now the star’s lawyer as administrator is filing a complaint with the police.

“They may be able to reach this organization faster than we can. A lawsuit to the court is also being prepared to recognize the contract as not concluded and to cancel the entry in the credit history,” specified Maria.

She explained that it is quite possible to get rid of such debt. Fraudsters use leaks, issue several microloans, which the owner of the data does not know. Most often, most organizations side with victims who have proven that they did not take the loan. In the case of Nikita, several companies wrote off the debt from him, and only one did not respond to the actor’s request.

“He is far from the first person to ask for help, we have had several complaints about such organizations over the past year. Their employees do not want to solve everything peacefully, send them to the police and court or offer to pay. It is important to note that payment does not eliminate a negative record in the credit history, “Maria noted.

If the named debtor did not take part in the conclusion of the contract, did not sign anything, did not receive the funds, if he learned about it by chance after a long time, then the courts recognize such contracts as not concluded, explained the lawyer. She recommended being cautious when handing over your data to third parties, checking the mail at the place of registration, websites of bailiffs, KP reports.
