For decades, Pugacheva remained “number one” on the Soviet and Russian scene. Over the years, Alla Borisovna has become accustomed to the best, and even when she has gone on a well-deserved rest, she is not going to deny herself anything.

Almost every summer, Pugacheva rests in Jurmala. This year was no exception. In Israel, where the People’s Artist of the USSR settled after leaving Russia, it is too hot in July. Therefore, the singer moved with her family to her beloved Jurmala.

In the resort, Primadonna rented one of the most expensive villas on the shores of the Gulf of Riga – “Martha”. An employee of the company that rents the house confirmed that Pugacheva has already moved into the estate with her family – comedian and TV presenter Maxim Galkin (included in the list of persons acting as a foreign agent) and 9-year-old twins Lisa and Harry. “Vila Marta is currently occupied, people live there,” said a Baltic real estate agent.

Previously, the former host of Channel One published pictures taken in this villa, which has direct access to the water. There is a main building with several bedrooms covering an area of ​​more than two hundred square meters. A kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, library, cinema hall and other spaces are available to guests. The sea residence also has separate apartments – four guesthouses and its own spa house.

Alla Borisovna is known for her conservative views and likes to relax in proven secluded places. Demand for “Marta” is low due to high costs, but the star family books it for a long time and in advance. “It is not rented daily. It is offered for a maximum of the whole season, well, or at least for a month. There are really a lot of nuances that affect this: complex preparation of the villa itself, for example, for the arrival of guests. In short, it is unprofitable for the owner to rent on a short-term basis. Also, the villa is always only rented as a whole. At the moment, it is set to go live before the end of the summer,” said the realtor.

The average rental price of this villa starts from 35,000 euros per month, but it rises significantly during the holidays. “The villa cost around 150,000 per month in the summer. But if it’s not the season, you can rent it for 10,000 euros per month,” quotes an MK expert.

Only elite properties in the resort cost Alla Borisovna 15 million rubles. By the way, her daughter Kristina Orbakaite has already joined Pugacheva on vacation. The singer flew to Latvia after a recent trip to Italy, where she was on holiday in the company of her husband Mikhail Zemtsov, their daughter Claudia and son Denis from a relationship with businessman Ruslan Baysarov.
