Allegations of sexual assault against Giuliani: “His sexual desires came practically at any time” According to the US, Iran is expanding support for Russia – the nightly update without photos

Donald Trump’s ex-lawyer is under pressure. A former employee makes serious accusations against him – Rudy Giuliani speaks of an attempt at blackmail.

A former employee of Rudy Giuliani has sued the former New York mayor for “widespread assault and sexual harassment.” Noelle Dunphy is seeking $10 million in damages from ex-President Donald Trump’s former attorney, according to the 70-page lawsuit filed Monday in New York. Accordingly, Dunphy accuses Giuliani of wage theft.

The indictment speaks of “alcohol-laden” diatribes with sexist, racist and anti-Semitic remarks that would have made the work environment “unbearable”. According to the lawsuit, ex-President Donald Trump’s former attorney “frequently solicited oral sex while on the phone with high-ranking friends and clients, including then-President Trump.”

Giuliani allegedly forced her to perform oral sex

Dunphy started working for Giuliani in January 2019 as head of business development for a salary of $1 million per year. According to them, Giuliani started the abuse almost immediately after starting the employment relationship. “He made it clear that the satisfaction of his sexual desires, which came almost anytime and anywhere, was an absolute requirement for her work,” the lawsuit continues.

Accordingly, Giuliani forced her to perform oral sex “against her will” in his apartment. In addition, Giuliani “often asked her to work nude, in a bikini or in a pair of American flag shorts he bought for her”. In addition, Giuliani is said to have often called the plaintiff “from his bed”, “where he was clearly touching himself under a white sheet”.

Defendant denies allegations

Dunphy also accused Giuliani of telling her that her pay would be “deferred and her job kept ‘secret'” until his divorce proceedings were finalized. According to the lawsuit, she worked for Giuliani until January 2021.

A spokesman for the 78-year-old said in a statement to US media that Giuliani “resolutely and completely rejects the allegations in the lawsuit” and wants to “take full action against these allegations”. “This is pure intimidation and attempted blackmail,” the spokesman said.

Giuliani was mayor of New York for eight years and was recognized for his work in the financial metropolis. In recent years, however, his reputation has suffered, largely due to his support of ex-President Trump’s widely debunked conspiracy theory of a stolen 2020 election victory.
