Two men have been executed in Iran on charges of blasphemy. The judicial authority of Mizan announced this on its web portal on Monday. According to the state news site Irna, the suspects were hanged early in the morning.
The judiciary charged the men named Jusuf Mehrdad and Sadrollah Faseri Sare with including spreading blasphemous insults against Islam and the Prophet in chat groups.
