Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, 69, has appeared in a video call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, 70, following speculation about his health.

The two leaders attended a fuel rod delivery ceremony at the Akkuyu nuclear power plant in southern Turkey online on Thursday.
