One side is not telling the truth: Bayern-Zoff around Nagelsmann goes through to the next round

It should have been a normal TV interview, none of the four main players of the Sky broadcaster could have imagined at the beginning of the conversation before FC Bayern’s top game against Borussia Dortmund (4: 2) how football Germany played a few times would be shaken minutes later would.

This statement will make you sit up and take notice. Isn’t Bayern telling the whole truth then? Salihamidzic explains to Bild: “As soon as we had Thomas Tuchel’s commitment, I tried to reach Julian – once, twice, three times. Then I called his management. And then I called Julian again and reached him.”

And further: “Oliver Kahn absolutely spoke the truth. And for that I put my hand in the fire! That’s exactly how I explained it in the press conference, that’s exactly how I explained it in the double. I don’t see that we need to talk about it any further. These are facts that stand. That is the truth!”

Bayern defeated BVB 4-2 in the top game and brought them back to the top of the table – but in the end no one talks about it. The only discussion that continues is the dismissal of Nagelsmann. And it seems as if the last word has not yet been spoken.
