Donald Trump (76) will be the first American president to appear in court on Tuesday. In 2006 he would have had an affair with porn star Stormy Daniels (44). During his 2016 election campaign, he allegedly paid Daniels a $130,000 hush money payment, which has now become his undoing.

With the affair at the center of the lawsuit, Daniels would also have to testify in court. However, the porn star is not afraid of a reunion with “The Donald”, according to a contribution to the “Mirror”. “I’ve seen him naked. He’s certainly no scarier with clothes than without,” says Stephanie Clifford, as Daniel’s real name is.

In itself, hush money is not illegal

The payment to Clifford was to prevent the porn star from going public. That could have hurt Trump in the election campaign, even though the New York real estate entrepreneur has always denied the affair.

The charge is still classified, so the charge is not known. One thing is certain: the hush money payment to Stormy Daniels himself was not illegal.

However, the payment was made by Trump’s attorney at the time, Michael Cohen (56). However, the Trump Organization has billed him for the fee as legal fees. If this were construed as falsifying company records, it would be a felony.

“There will be injuries and deaths”

The charges against Trump were announced last Thursday. Stormy Daniels has since received threats of violence through “all social media platforms, email and phone”. The number of threats and intensity are the same as in 2018, when the affair between the two became public.

She told The Times: “This time it’s downright violent.” In 2018, “terms like bitch, whore, liar” were used. “This time it’s ‘I’m going to kill you,'” the 44-year-old said. She is sure: “Whatever the outcome, there will be violence and there will be injuries and deaths”.
