A police officer arrested a drunk man during a stop in Oklahoma City. The highlight: it was his (indirect) superior, a captain in the same department. Initially, he wanted to withdraw from the affair. You can see how that turned out for him in the bodycam video:
Despite constant questioning, the police officer on duty refused to turn off his bodycam. He was subsequently commended for this by Chief Wade Gourley of the Oklahoma City Police Department – he was textbook and very professional.
He arrested his colleague on the spot. This has now been taken out of service, further investigations will follow, both internally and externally. He’s been with the Oklahoma City Police Department for 32 years. (lzo)
