Intelligence chief announces offensive: ‘Invades deeper and deeper into Russian territory’ A new number 1 – these are the 10 richest people in 2023

Russia will have to prepare for attacks deep inland. This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian secret service, Kyrylo Budanov.

Ukrainian military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov expects more attacks on Russian territory. The beatings were “going deeper and deeper” in Russia, he said in an interview with American broadcaster ABC News. When asked if Ukraine was responsible for the recent explosions at Russia’s Engels-2 military airport, the military declined to give a direct answer. “I can talk about that after the war,” Budanov said. But he was very happy to have seen these attacks.

In December, two Russian military airports were allegedly attacked by drones. Three people were killed in the most recent post-Christmas incident, hundreds of miles from the Ukrainian border. Kiev had not officially declared itself responsible for the beating.

More specifically, the head of HUR commented on military activity in Russian-occupied Crimea. This is Ukrainian territory. “We can use any weapon on our territory,” he said. Budanov predicts the “hottest fighting” for March and announces a Ukrainian offensive for the spring. “Then we will see further liberations of occupied territories and the final defeats of the Russian Federation.”

“A Terrorist State Wielding the Nuclear Club”

Despite his reserved attitude – also because of his profession – Budanov was shocked by a visit to the front near the city of Bakhmut. There he saw mountains of corpses, some of which Russian soldiers used as cover. The Moscow regime had become “the butt of laughter” given the massive losses of soldiers. “Russia no longer poses a military threat to the world,” he said.

Only the nuclear arsenal is of concern. He calls for Russia to be freed from nuclear weapons or placed under international control. “A terrorist state that wields a nuclear mace and makes threats is not a regime that has the ethical or political right to control weapons of mass destruction,” Budanov added.

According to his findings, Russia is slowly running out of arms and ammunition and Moscow has to use “cheaper” equipment in large quantities, such as Iran’s kamikaze drones. He hopes to receive American armored cars from Bradley soon. “We are waiting for you. They will greatly improve the combat capability of our units.”

The US government is considering supplying Bradley armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. According to the US military, the armored tracked vehicles usually have a cannon, a machine gun and armor-piercing missiles. US President Joe Biden said yes on Wednesday to a reporter’s question whether the government is considering supplying the armored personnel carriers to Ukraine.

He gave no details. It was initially unclear which model variant of the “Bradley” would be suitable for Kiev. Yesterday, France announced that it would supply T072 light battle tanks to Ukraine. Germany plans to make the Gepard anti-aircraft tank available, but a date has not yet been set.
