Swiss university professor dies after plane crash in Canada Japanese state uses anime to advertise unpopular identity card

A tragic plane crash occurred in eastern Canada last week. In this accident, a 52-year-old university professor from Zurich was killed, he was the pilot of the machine. This is confirmed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

In the plane next to the pilot was a 45-year-old Swiss woman. Both people were seriously injured and taken to hospital on Wednesday morning, December 14. The pilot succumbed to his injuries the same day.

The final destination of the trip would have been Nuuk, the capital of Greenland. According to a report from the Bureau of Aircraft Accidents Archives, the pilot had planned a layover at Happy Valley-Goose Bay Airport. The plane crashed 5 km from the runway.
