Ex-Russian occupier Kateryna Hubaryeva disappeared without a trace in Kherson

Nobody knows where she is. Kateryna Hubaryeva (39) is currently missing. She was deputy head of the Russian administration in occupied Kherson, set up by Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin (70). Russian troops withdrew from Kherson in the south of the country last week after eight months of occupation after Ukrainian troops continued to advance in the area.

According to the news portal Meduza, her husband Pavlo Hubaryev (39) announced that his wife was missing. According to him, Hubaryeva has not reported since Tuesday afternoon. She was last seen in the city of Henichesk in front of the occupying government building. Henichesk is located about 180 kilometers southeast of Kherson. After the Kremlin withdrew from Kherson, it moved its occupying force to Henichesk.

Her boss, Volodimir Saldo (66), also knows nothing about Hubaryeva’s whereabouts. Saldo has been governor of the Russian-occupied part of the Kherson region since April 26.

Kateryna Hubaryeva was the first female foreign minister of the internationally unrecognized Donetsk People’s Republic in eastern Ukraine. Last June, she became deputy head of the Russian government in Kherson. (treasure)
