These 7 Celebrities Said Goodbye to Twitter After Musk’s Acquisition

According to media reports, Elon Musk has acquired Twitter for $44 million. With him come some changes: for example, he announced that verification (ie the blue tick) will be subject to a fee in the future. This is especially available for famous personalities.

The “Wolf of Wall Street” executive still posts on Twitter, most recently due to the upcoming US midterms.

Actor Ken Olin

Actor and director Ken Olin announced his departure from Twitter a while ago in the event of a Musk takeover: “The day Elon Musk takes over Twitter, I’ll be gone. Not like that means much. I just wanted to make it clear. Good night .”

Singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles is also fed up with Twitter now that it’s owned by Elon Musk.

« Puppy. It was fun with you, Twitter. I’m outside. I see you on other platforms. I’m sorry, but this just isn’t for me,” she wrote on Sunday.
