British King Charles III. According to a report, he spent Saturday night in the hospital after his surgery. This was reported by the British news agency PA, based on Buckingham Palace. The 75-year-old underwent the planned procedure on Friday due to an enlarged prostate. According to dpa information, he survived the operation well.
Queen Camilla (76), who was seen several times on Friday at the private London Clinic in the British capital London, also said that Charles was doing well, according to British media. It was unclear whether he would stay in the clinic another night.
Benign prostate enlargement is a common and easily treatable disease. Charles went to the same private clinic as Princess Kate, 42, who underwent abdominal surgery last week.
Charles reportedly visited his daughter-in-law, who is still recovering there, before undergoing surgery. Initially it was not known what she was suffering from. It can’t be cancer.
