When a social worker found the boy just in time on November 23, his body temperature was only 26.8 degrees Celsius and he was in a coma.

Charges of attempted murder

The mother was arrested in November 2022 and has since been held in custody in Krems, west of Vienna. According to the police, the boy’s health has now improved.
