Hailed as a hero: this 25-year-old saved an entire kibbutz

Kibbutz Nir Am is located in the south of Israel, between the Gaza Strip and Sderot. Here too, the Hamas terrorists want to cause a massacre on Saturday. But they had not counted on Inbal Lieberman (25), the kibbutz security guard.

The young woman heard a sound she was not used to. She had a bad feeling about it, the residents of the kibbutz later reported to ‘Walla News’. Lieberman sounded the alarm for the kibbutz emergency response group, gathered twelve residents, opened the armory and handed guns to everyone.

Their uneasy feeling increased, so Lieberman placed the emergency group members at various posts around the kibbutz. It was not a second too late: moments later, the Hamas terrorists tried to invade the kibbutz – and to their surprise, they encountered Inbal Lieberman and her defenders.

She is said to have killed five Hamas terrorists herself

Lieberman himself is said to have killed five attackers, local media report. It is said that a total of twenty attackers were killed by the kibbutz defenders in four hours.

The young woman turned the kibbutz into a fortress – and probably saved the lives of all residents. No one was injured, unlike the neighboring kibbutz where the terrorists committed horrific massacres.

Eyewitness Ilit Paz told “Israel Hayom”: “It was unbelievable. My husband was in emergency response and when they heard shots, they responded. Inbal decided not to wait, but to take action himself. That has prevented many victims.” (neo)
