What happened on the night of July 13? Several German men are suspected of raping a woman (20) in Mallorca, “Bild” reports. You are now in custody. This is how the crime would have happened:

Thursday at 5.30 am, the later victim (20) and one of the perpetrators (20) get to know each other on the beach. That’s where consensual sex happens.

The German wants to take the young woman from the beach to his hotel after sex. But the hotel entrance is the end: only registered guests have access. The duo decide to go to German’s friends’ hotel.

The victim later told police that she had gone to his room with him to have a drink. She had assumed the two would be alone. Consensual sex is happening again.

Suddenly the five friends of the young man appear. The victim was allegedly detained and raped several times.

Eventually, the woman reached the hotel reception, from where the police were called. Five men were arrested on the spot and a few hours later in the afternoon one person was also arrested. The woman is taken to hospital for examination.

As “Bild” reports, four men are charged with rape and two others are under investigation for harassment. The whole group is now in the police cell of the Policia Nacional. The suspects will appear before the investigating judge on Saturday. (nad)
