German man accidentally sleeps with wrong woman, gets beaten up and admits buses go 276 km/h and crack: incriminating photos of Biden’s son Hunter surfaced

The case against a 48-year-old man who went to bed with a sleeping woman through a mistake and then went to bed with her, was dropped on Monday at the court of Würzburg against a condition of 2,400 euros.

How to accidentally sleep with a woman? The description of the man reads as follows: In May 2022, he was invited by an acquaintance to come and sleep at her house after a night of drinking – and to have sexual intercourse if he wanted to. That’s how he understood the text message the woman had sent him.

The acquaintance of the man left the key to the apartment in a mailbox in front of the house. The heavily drunk (1.8 per thousand) only had to fish the key out of the mailbox and lie in bed with the woman.

That failed. Because the apartment key apparently fit the doors of two women in the Würzburg apartment building. The hallway was dark due to a power cut, so the drunk mixed up the door, entered the wrong apartment, and lay down with another woman, now 33 years old.

Prosecutor speaks of ‘chain of adverse coincidences’

Assuming that the man next to her was her husband, she accepted his advances and had sex with the stranger in her bed. The mistake was not noticed until the 33-year-old called the man “Rabbit” and he replied “Sandra” – not the name of the apartment occupant, but that of the neighbor.

According to “Bild,” the surprised woman testified in court: “I pushed him down and turned on the light. He was naked in front of me. That was my nightmare.” She screamed loudly for help – and her real husband was soon in the room.

The man who got the wrong door was then beaten up by the husband and some friends and hospitalized. According to the portal “Mainfranken24”, the public prosecutor spoke on Monday of “a succession of unfavorable coincidences”.

The benefit of 2400 euros is intended to compensate the woman for her suffering. “Of course it is terrible for the injured party. But the suspect is also a victim because he was severely abused by the husband of the woman who was called and his friends,” the public prosecutor’s office said to the “image”.

The man from Würzburg was only charged with assault on Monday, because the woman in bed had initially agreed to go to bed with him. Why the key fit in both apartment doors remained open.
