This report aims to relieve Till Lindemann Climate activists attack the rich and super rich – that’s what’s behind it

The allegations against Till Lindemann weigh heavily. This includes sexual violence against women. Now his lawyers have issued an opinion.
An article from

Several women have made serious accusations against Till Lindemann. It’s about abuse of power and sex. Lindemann’s lawyers have now published the results of a forensic medical report in a press release, which is intended to exonerate the singer. Accordingly, there should be “no objective factual evidence” for the allegations, as the law firm Schertz Bergmann claims in the letter.

The report specifically references Shelby Lynn’s statements. At the end of May, she had initiated the investigation against Lindemann through various posts on social media. In it, the 24-year-old from Northern Ireland claimed to have been drugged on the sidelines of a Rammstein concert in Vilnius, Lithuania. ‘Till each of us gave one [Tequila]Shot,” she wrote on Instagram. The next day she also discovered signs of physical violence in the form of large-scale hematomas.

In the report commissioned by Lindemann’s lawyers, Markus Rothschild, the director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine at the University of Cologne, now concludes that the hematomas were not the result of acts of violence. According to this, “morphology and localization of the documented injuries speak more for an accidental event”, i.e. for an accident-related cause.

According to Rothschild, from a forensic point of view, the findings are “not typical of external influence”. However, outside influence cannot be “completely ruled out” based solely on the findings, ie the underlying image documents.

Further, the expert “in particular could find no evidence of sexual violence as the cause of the injuries documented by the witness”. Here too, as Rothschild writes in the following sentence, the opposite cannot be ruled out.

Lindemann’s lawyers had the medical examiner prepare the report based on the photos and videos Lynn posted on social media.

It is curious that the Northern Irishman does not accuse Lindemann, at least not publicly, of using physical force. As early as May 30, she made it clear on Twitter: “Till did not touch me. He accepted that I did not want to have sex with him. I never said that he raped me.” Lynn confirmed this statement to the “Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger” on Monday. “Yeah, I still don’t know where those bruises came from, but they didn’t come from Till”.

Apparently, Lindemann’s lawyers want to at least implicitly exonerate their client from the charge that he might have had something to do with Lynn’s bruises. Lynn’s recordings suggested an “accident with no outside influence as the most likely cause”.

The prosecutor’s office in Vilnius, Lithuania was apparently unable to find “any objective factual evidence” that Lynn was subjected to physical or psychological coercion or other forms of violence of a sexual nature or that she was forced to use narcotics. The authority has therefore stopped the investigation against the Rammstein frontman.

However, an investigation is still ongoing in Berlin. In addition, Lindemann’s lawyers write in their press release that this was not initiated by other alleged victims, but by uninvolved third parties. They would have filed criminal charges against the 60-year-old singer solely on the basis of media coverage.

The law firm, which represents Lindemann, also announced that it will continue to crack down on “inadmissible reporting” and “false factual claims” in the media and social networks.
