Premier League fans have been puzzling over one question for days: who is behind rapper Dide? The masked artist caused a huge debate eight days ago with his debut single “Thrill” and its music video.
But now observant Twitter users would have uncovered the veiled – because of a tattoo! In a video sequence, you can see a diamond on the artist’s right arm. And this very body painting adorns the exact same spot on… Sheyi Ojo.
The 25-year-old winger currently plays for Cardiff City in the second tier of English football, but has Premier League experience. The Englishman already belonged to the great Liverpool FC in his youth and received a professional contract in 2015. A series of loan spells in England, France, Scotland and now Wales followed before finally being acquired by Cardiff in the summer of 2022.
After all, Ojo played eight times in the Premier League under Reds coach Jürgen Klopp in 2016, five of them from the start. He got three assists. Now, however, he seems to have found a second occupation besides football with rapping. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
