Last summer, the actor left Chekhov’s Moscow Art Theater, where he worked for 20 years, and went to Israel. Anatoly said that he decided to emigrate. He managed to find a new job.

According to Bely, he did not hesitate before leaving Russia and does not regret his decision. The only things he regrets are the things left in Moscow.

“When I left, my suitcase held less than I wanted to take with me. A manageable load… I’d like to take a lot more, but I took the most important things – my family, myself and a few important books. I took everything in my arms and we went to Israel to my parents, who have lived there for more than 25 years, “said Anatoly.

He noticed that he could detach himself from many things internally. However, many still evoke a sense of sadness in the artist. “I realized that I don’t want to live in Russia, I can’t and I won’t. Of course, there are a few trigger points left, when you remember everything, the heart sinks. My wife went to Moscow, she sends pictures, and when I see the nest we made, where we put all our love… it’s a painful loss.
