The New Jersey Devils made the playoffs 9 games before the end of the regular season with a 5-3 home win over the Ottawa Senators.
“It’s what we wanted and now we have it. But the work starts from here. We will use the remaining games to reach our best level,” Devils captain Nico Hischier told the NHL online portal.
