This week, Coruña hosted the fourth annual meeting of Galician judo pioneers. After a break of several years due to the pandemic, the former athletes, with Fernando Míguez as master of ceremonies, resumed the event. During it, they recalled stories from their youth, when they started practicing this martial art in the sixties, many of them in the Juan Canalejo building in A Coruña.
