Laurien van der Graaff (36) knows how it works. She gained 15 years of experience in the Cross-Country Skiing World Cup before retiring in 2022. The sprint specialist achieved three World Cup victories, nine podium places and World Cup silver in her career, ending a decades-long dry spell among women in Switzerland.
