Men’s hockey has become accustomed to defeats against Sweden. On Saturday, Patrick Fischer’s team conceded for the 13th time in a row. Women, on the other hand, do not (yet) have a Sweden complex. After all, they have repeatedly achieved victories against the Scandinavians in recent years.
But now Colin Muller’s team had to accept three defeats in three days against Sweden at the “2 Nations Tournament” in Weinfelden TG. A 2:4 (Swiss goals: Alina Marti and Mara Frey) and a 1:4 (Lena-Marie Lutz) are followed by a 0:4 on Saturday.
