Sevilla FC, the team of Nati star Djibril Sow (26), is on its way home from the away match at Celta Vigo (1:1). And in doing so, he hijacks a plane ready to board 80 people on its way to Madrid. The next day, the airline responded with a statement and apologized. “Air Nostrum deeply regrets the harm suffered by passengers on flight IB8869 from Vigo to Madrid, which is solely due to an unfortunate error by the airline.” The airline has announced that it will soon offer appropriate compensation: “We will contact all passengers in the coming week to compensate them for the inconvenience caused.” (sbe)
