To kick the ex-FCB star: Calafiori had better keep quiet!

The saying goes back to the late Roman scholar Boethius: “Si tacuisses, philosophus mansissses.” (“If you had been silent, you would have remained a philosopher.” Former FCB player Riccardo Calafiori (21) is also Roman. And he should have kept quiet.

Instead, the new Bologna defender grabs his old employer from behind and says promises have not been kept. And that he left Basel, among other things, because the team did not stay together.

These are ridiculous statements. Calafiori, a junior player at Roma for many years, is a Serie A kid, would have walked home and has never made a secret of where he wants to go within FCB.
