First singing Elton John’s Goodbye Yellow Brick Road in the Hallenstadion, then rocking out on stage with Coldplay in the Letzigrund. And now? Now tennis maestro Roger Federer (41) enjoys the presence of “The Boss” Bruce Springsteen (73). The American rocker delighted his fans in London’s Hyde Park and gave two concerts there in recent days. For his part, Federer is currently in London as he was honored for his successes at Wimbledon.
Federer posted a photo of himself and Springsteen (with a tennis racket) together on Instagram. “If the boss calls, you answer,” says the bottom. Singer Jon Bon Jovi (61) also poses with the two. “I like the boss,” says tennis legend Boris Becker (55) about Federer’s contribution. And ex-coach Severin Lüthi (47) describes Federer as a “concert-goer”.
One thing is clear: even if Federer has finished his career on the field, he will obviously not be bored. (mom)
