It is the turn of two representatives of Galicia at the European Championship in Olympic wrestling under the age of 20

This week, Compostela is hosting the European Under-20 Olympic Wrestling Championship in Sar. In today’s match, which starts at 11 a.m., two Galicians who are part of the Spanish national team will take the stage: Alessandro Lemma (-57 kg) and Moisés Bello (-79 kg). Both are champions of Spain and will try to climb the podium in Olympic wrestling.

Marcos Miragaya, the Galician coach, emphasizes that both face the competition in excellent form: «Alessandro had a great season this year, becoming the junior and senior champion of Spain in the category under 57 kilograms. Born in Italy, he has lived in Spain all his life, and this year he received Spanish citizenship. Moisés Bello, the youngest of the great saga of fighters and trainers, still a student of the selection, recently approved this year, also participated in the Spanish championship, finishing as runner-up in Spain Junior. Last week at the international tournament Sassari, in Italy, he was invited by the Spanish federation.
