The Council approved the motion on Wednesday with 99 votes in favour, 75 against and 9 abstentions. Now the Council of States has to decide on that.

Unlike the horse’s coat, that of the donkey is not water-repellent and donkeys are therefore very sensitive to cold and wetness. So they needed shelter.
