The Supreme Court has had to be evacuated twice in recent weeks due to bomb threats. (archive image)

On October 24 and November 10, bomb threats were received against the Zurich High Court. The building was evacuated both times. In both cases, the police subsequently arrested a 44-year-old Swiss man as a suspect.

The case against him because of the threat on November 10 has now been dismissed. The public prosecutor confirmed a corresponding report in the “Tages-Anzeiger” on Wednesday. The suspicion was not confirmed during the investigation. The search for the creator of this threat continues.

However, the procedure was not stopped due to the first threat at the end of October. The investigation against the 44-year-old is still ongoing. (SDA)
