A PUK is the strongest instrument of parliamentary oversight. It has the same rights as the audit delegation and the finance delegation. Accordingly, a PUK may question persons as witnesses and see the minutes and documents of Federal Council meetings. In addition, it may appoint an investigator to collect evidence.
