How many bedrooms can there be? Maybe seven? Then the estate of US actor Alec Baldwin (65) in the Hamptons (USA) would be important! Many Hollywood stars are currently putting their villas up for sale. Average citizens suffering from housing shortages in Switzerland may be a little jealous.

Alec Baldwin: Hamptons estate, 19 million

The Hamptons in New York State are known as the summer vacation destination for the super-rich. Alec Baldwin’s Hamptons estate has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a heated pool, library, home theater, and a private wine tasting room.

Alec Baldwin had to significantly reduce the price of the house.

The price of almost US$19 million may seem scary – but it’s 10 million less than the sale price Baldwin originally wanted to achieve! Baldwin even personally promotes the sale with a YouTube video.

But even if he has to bring the price down, he still has a nice profit: According to the US regional newspaper “Midland Daily News”, Baldwin bought the property in the 1990s for just $1.45 million.

Ashley Olsen: New York penthouse, 7 million

According to Forbes, American actress Ashley Olsen (37) has a luxury apartment for sale in New York’s Greenwich Village. The luxury apartment of 280 square meters has two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), two bathrooms, as well as a dining room, living room and kitchen. A private elevator leads to the apartment.

Ashley Olsen has a walk-in closet in her attic.

But like Baldwin, Olsen appears to have trouble selling: According to the listing, the apartment has been on the market for about five months and is still available. If you don’t have the money to buy, you can rent the apartment instead for just under $9,000 per month.

Emma Stone: Country house in Los Angeles, 4 million

Compared to other properties, the price of the house of American actress and Oscar winner Emma Stone (35) is almost a bargain at $ 3.99 million.

The Spanish country-style property is located in the Westwood district of Los Angeles. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living space and a separate guest house are spread over 2 floors and 300 square meters. The cute little house has a fireplace and a small garden and is not visible from the street, as the ad emphasizes: “Very private.”

The beautiful house spreads over two floors.

However, those who have high hopes will be disappointed: The house is still advertised, but the sale is almost final. According to the tender, only the contract is expected to be signed. According to Forbes, it took just ten days to find a buyer.
