Wages increase depending on level: Archipelago decides on two percent wage measurements

The fee measures will come into effect on April 1, 2024, the hospital group announced on Friday. In particular, the annual wage increase for employees with an annual salary of up to 80,000 francs and an employment level of 100 percent was 975 francs. Employees with an annual salary of over 80,000 and up to 100,000 francs were paid 650 francs more per year. This corresponds to an increase of at least 0.65 percent. It was stated that employees whose annual salary exceeds 100,000 francs will not receive a general wage adjustment. 0.4 percent of total wages can be allocated to individual wage increases.

For junior doctors and assistant psychologists on fixed salaries, a special regulation applies, according to which wages are generally increased by 325 francs per year. For night and weekend allowances, the hospital group sees additional compensation starting from a certain number of hours worked per month.
