At the wine spa La Vigne, you will experience wine tourism from a completely different side. Murielle Nussbaum, 36, co-founder of the wine spa La Vigne, returned to Switzerland in March 2019 after a long and inspiring journey. He had a business plan with him. The second location in Sion, VS, continues in July in an idyllic vineyard cottage on the vineyard terraces of the Maison Gilliard winery. Despite being surrounded by greenery, La Vigne is in no way inferior to an ordinary spa. «We offer a very high standard of professional treatments. What’s different is the natural care products,” says the woman from Vaud.

Anyone hoping to indulge in wine will be disappointed. Instead, practices rely on wine pressing byproducts sustainably sourced directly from the winery. A peeling is made from raisin residues, yeast from the wine barrel acts as a nourishing dressing, and the massage oil is enriched with red vine leaf extract.

Guests from home and abroad come to do something good for themselves and have a relaxing break in nature. Since the spa is designed for two people, it offers a very intimate environment.

“La Vigne’s particular background has served several times for marriage proposals and pregnancy announcements,” says Nussbaum. Those who want to learn the secrets of Bağcılar are at the right place. The stay can be supplemented with an onsite wine tasting so that the inner beauty is not neglected.
