High blood pressure due to lack of sleep

Getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep a day can be complicated for an adult, but that’s what experts recommend.

There are 1.28 billion people in the world between the ages of 30 and 79 who live with hypertension, according to data from the World Health Organization. And apparently about 700 million of them are not receiving treatment.
