It’s an emotional issue: animal testing. The use and application of live animals such as mice, rabbits or primates for research biomedical experiments. Usually to study the effects of new drugs on humans.

A topic that raises many questions – medical and ethical: Can human life be prioritized over that of animals? Can research results be transferred to humans? How can animals feel pain and suffering? How can we alleviate this? And what alternatives is science working on so that we can increasingly abandon animal testing in the future?

There’s a lot going on here – up-to-date answers can be found on “Durchblick” today!
