At age 79: Robert De Niro has become a father for the seventh time

Robert De Niro has become a father for the seventh time at the age of 79. The Hollywood star first hinted at this in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight Canada”. When asked about his alleged six children, De Niro corrected the interviewer, explaining, “Actually, seven. I just had a baby.” A spokesperson for the actor then confirmed the news to various media outlets, including Page Six.

However, not much more is known. The actor has not disclosed the gender or name of the baby. The spokesperson also did not specify who the child’s mother is. However, Robert De Niro is said to be in a relationship with martial arts teacher Tiffany Chen.

In 2021, the two were spotted hand in hand for the first time. However, their relationship has never been officially confirmed. The couple had already met in 2015 – while filming the comedy “You never stop learning”. It is unknown if she is the child’s mother.

However, one thing is certain: for Robert De Niro it is not the first child, but the seventh. The 79-year-old has a son and daughter with ex-wife Diahnne Abbott: Drena, 51, and Raphael, five years his junior.

He shares twins Julian and Aaron, now 27, with ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith. He also had two children with his second ex-wife, Grace Hightower. Elliott is now 25 years old, his sister Helen only eleven.

In an interview with ET Canada, De Niro revealed that he doesn’t consider himself a “cool dad”. ‘I am fine. My kids sometimes disagree with me and they are respectful.”
