Many fans of Sex And The City were quite critical of the sequel And Just Like That. Not just because Kim Cattrall didn’t reprise her role as man-eating nympho Samantha. Overall, after the initial shock was digested, the series was received very positively and a second season was quickly confirmed.
Can fans of And Just Like That look forward to the return of Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) in 2023? Since HBO Max only announced in January 2021 that the canceled third Sex And The City movie would be replaced by a series, which will premiere in December 2021 called And Just Like That’ launched on HBO and WOW, it certainly gives hope. It could very well be that Season 2 of “And Just Like That” will start in Germany on WOW in the fourth quarter of 2023. So far, of course, nothing is known about this.
The second season of “And Just Like That” is again about Carrie and Co., who in their 50s try to somehow get through life and face the smaller and bigger catastrophes of everyday life. Exact details about the plot are not yet available. In January 2023, however, it was already confirmed that John Corbett would return as Aiden Shaw for season 2.
