Whistleblower blames actress Gwyneth Paltrow for “three near-death experiences” she went through after a 2016 skiing accident.
During the seventh day of the trial, Terry Sanderson argues that part of the damage caused by the accident is reflected in three risky moments in which he did not make “correct medical decisions”, something he calls unusual in his personality.
The first was a Unconsciousness it took a long time, the second time he cut his leg damaging the femoral artery while cutting a cardboard box and the last accidental overdose with oxycodone.
“Right now in this trial you’re blaming Miss Paltrow for these three near-death experiences?” asked the actress’s lawyer “Shakespeare in love”, Stephen Owens, to which Sanderson replied: “Yes, it’s very unusual for me not to take a good one medical decisions“.

Owens also showed Sanderson a streak Photos which were extracted from their social networks where the man after the accident was spotted accompanying his family on various trips and some physical activities such as boating, skiing, nature walks, among others.
Sanderson’s response in the case against Paltrow
Sanderson claims to have traveled to Peru, Costa Rica, Thailand, Morocco and various European countries, as well as some cities Americans.
“(The trip) was part of a treatment that was recommended to me by several neurologists and cognitive therapiststhey advised me to get back to my routine,” Sanderson said, noting that he struggled during the trip because he “couldn’t do it on his own.”
The man also points out that on several occasions he tried to show that “there is no mental problem“.
In 2019, Sanderson sued Paltrow, accusing her of causing a accident skiing on the track at Deer Valley Resort in Utah (USA).
The retired optometrist’s testimony contradicts that of Paltrow, who told his version of events earlier court last Friday, in which she assured that it was she who received the blow from behind by the 76-year-old.
