That Netflix got the contract before Warner Bros. would also be thanks to Misha Green, who probably preferred to make this movie for a streaming provider. Green and Chastain also serve as producers on I Am Not Alone. Simon Kinberg, who previously worked with Chastain on the comedy adaptation X-Men: Dark Phoenix and the action thriller The 355, would be on board as producer. It is not yet known when “I Am Not Alone” will appear on Netflix.
