Par: What intruders affect the relationship?

Not only a lack of communication, infidelity or any other difference can break a relationship, because there are intruders who seem harmless at first glance, but can lead to a break.

Silent intruders are those that are usually benign and seem harmless to the relationship. These can be things or situations that are part of the couple’s life and whose value is not questioned on many occasions.

Because intruders are classified as “harmless,” they’re not handled wisely and intelligently and can be harmful to a relationship, said Frank Suárez, a sexologist and couples therapist.

Per nature These intruders can be a bit difficult for a couple to recognize whether they are affecting their relationship or not, so they should carefully observe their surroundings.

If the analysis of the pair’s environment fails, Suárez (@franksoterapias) listed some silent intruders it could harm your relationship.

Job: Overworking and neglecting family time can be deadly in a relationship.

Technology and social networks: Limit the time you share with your family or children, as some are addicted to its use and take their cell phones to bed and all spaces they can share.

children: Raising children can be exhausting, and in some cases, couple time is delayed or completely forgotten, since everything revolves around the little ones, and they even drag themselves into bed every day.

live with in-laws: The couple is hindered by the presence, judgment and interference of the in-laws in their decisions. It also affects the relationship, integration and intimacy of the couple.

A survey by Passport-photo, a Spanish passport photography agency, found that the job is in the way privacy couples: 82% commented that they get in the way at least once, and 33% revealed that it is always a problem.

Additionally, participants admitted that technology (33%), time in front of the screen obstacle in a while.
