We have now decided that we will move in together and somehow he just assumed the dog would stay with my roommate. Even though he knows very well that Lucy is not ours, but mine.

There’s no way I’m going to give Lucy away or leave it with my roommate. Frankly, I’m a little annoyed that he thinks that too. But that we live together with a dog is unthinkable for him.
