Spicy vanilla chai latte
For 2 servings you need:

1 vanilla bean

230 ml of milk

1 teaspoon of cane sugar

½ teaspoon ground ginger

2 bags of chai tea

½ stick of cinnamon

300ml water

some cinnamon

1 star anise (optional)

some whipped cream (optional)
Here’s how it’s done:

Cut the vanilla pod in half and scrape off the pulp.

Boil water with cane sugar, ginger, cinnamon sticks and tea bags on low heat; Stir regularly.
