You can snack on these biscuits without a twinge of conscience.

What would the Christmas season be without all the tempting delights: mulled wine, gingerbread or biscuits – we’d love to feast on everything at once. Of course, after the pleasant time at the end of the year, the scale may show a few more kilos. It’s basically nothing bad as long as you still feel comfortable.

But if you don’t want that, you can make small concessions on biscuits. disclaimer? You don’t have to Rely only on low-carb recipes when cooking.

This is how cookies become low-carb alternatives

What ingredients in biscuits are actually the culprits that make them so high in calories? First of all, sugar and classic wheat flour are two things you should keep your hands off of if you want to take care of your body shape.

Instead of sugar, you can use xylitol or erythritol, which are made from sugar alcohols and are therefore lower in calories. Caution: Not everyone can tolerate large amounts of xylitol. Dates can also be used to sweeten some recipes. They’re not completely sugar-free, but they’re natural.

Ground hazelnuts or almonds can be used instead of flour. These garments contain more fat but less carbohydrates. Soy or buckwheat flour is also recommended for low-carb biscuits.
