1. Wash and chop the wild garlic, tomatoes, zucchini and parsley.
2. Heat the butter and rapeseed oil in a pan.
3. Steam vegetables and wild garlic in a pan.
4. Meanwhile, mix the eggs in a bowl with a whisk.
5. Mix the mixture with parsley, salt and pepper.
6. Fry the egg mixture in a pan with oil.
7. Add steamed vegetables to the omelette and fry briefly.

3. Beat the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper.
