The Japanese branch of fast food giant McDonald’s apparently has plans for a perfume that smells like fries. The Japanese branch of the fast food chain announced this on the X platform.

As the newspaper “Bild” reports, the extraordinary perfume will only be available for a limited time. In addition to the chip scent, the scents “garlic-pepper-mayonnaise” and “plum-nori-algae salt” will also be for sale. The price and start of sales of the perfume have not yet been determined.

However, there are no plans to sell the unusual scent in Germany. A spokesperson for McDonald’s in Germany told Bild newspaper that there were no corresponding plans for Germany.
