Hello all
I have been working at a larger company for a while. Now I have been involved at several company events with a woman I like and find very sympathetic. We don’t have much to do with each other because we don’t work on the same floor or in the same department.
I’d like to get to know her better and see if anything more than sympathy could come of it. However, I am very careful not to do anything within the company that will force me to change jobs. So I worry about daring to do this. Moreover, I have no idea how to approach her because I am quite a shy person.
What would you do? Take a risk and possibly live with the “damage” or is it better to stay in the safe zone? Thank you for your responses!
