Convertible treat: This is how you make a sweet omelet so easy

Few dishes offer so much variety with so little effort. Once a classic leftover dish, the omelet can be served plain or refined with any number of ingredients. Subtle variations make egg pancake socially acceptable. Omelet, a sweet variety, is ideal for brunch or snacks. The basic recipe almost never changes. You either leave it with the neutral omelette we described above, or add some powdered sugar and butter to the recipe. The crowning glory comes with the topping: the sweet omelette can be sprinkled with chocolate chips, covered with banana slices, spread with confit or sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. The sweet and sour variant, Crêpe Suzette, is very traditionally French. In this not-entirely-kid-friendly dessert, egg cake is topped with flame-baked orange liqueur sauce. Alternatively, you can blaze this omelette with Grand Marnier or Curaçao.
