There is still no officially confirmed start date for the fourth season of “The Boys” and fans are slowly getting impatient. The only thing that’s certain is that the new season of the superhero satire will arrive on Amazon Prime Video sometime in 2024. But the streaming giant may have made a mistake and accidentally shared the start date of the new episodes.
A message has been published on an Amazon social media account that gives a possible start date for the new episodes of the popular hit series. The date here is June 13, 2024. Of course, the post has long been deleted, but some fans were still so quick and took a screenshot that you can see here can look at.
But before you get too excited, since this appears to be a mistake, the date is by no means guaranteed. Fans of the nasty superhero series won’t be able to pop the corks until Amazon officially confirms the date. However, the date would be a good time, as the third season went online almost exactly two years earlier, on June 3, 2022 to be precise.
What awaits us in panel 4 of “The Boys”?
The final season of ‘The Boys’ will certainly not be prudish either. We left the world of broken Supes at the end of the third season, when supposed model hero Homelander (Antony Starr) publicly murdered a supporter of his former colleague Starlight – and was celebrated by his fans for it. Although he has to answer in court, his public appearance now seems free of fools. A circumstance that will certainly benefit the already drunk Homelander.
And once again, Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), Hughie (Jack Quaid) and the rest of the Boys must set out to ensure at least some justice. But the team has also worked better as the gang continues to clash and former leader Butcher is now a mere shadow of his former self after using Compound V. That with Firecracker (Valorie Curry) and Sister Sage (Susan Heyward) now a new, dangerous duo arrives on the scene, it’s just the icing on the cake.
